Every set is checked by hand and handed to the carrier within 48 hours of payment on business days. You receive a tracking link by e-mail the moment it leaves the studio.

Rates and delivery times

Prices include VAT for EU customers. Orders to the United Kingdom, the United States and Canada are shipped duties unpaid: the carrier may charge import duty or tax before delivery.

We currently deliver to France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Poland, Austria, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, United Kingdom, United States, Canada. Your country is missing? Write to hello@orbidice.com — we add destinations on request.

Returns: the 60-day guarantee

Roll them for 60 days. If they do not become your favourite dice, send the set back in its case for a full refund — no questions asked. Within the EU we cover the return shipping; elsewhere you pay the return postage and we refund the full price of the set.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, by e-mailing hello@orbidice.com (a model withdrawal text is in our Terms). We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the goods back. Our 60-day guarantee extends this right; it never shortens it.

How to return a set

1. E-mail hello@orbidice.com with your order number (OB-…).
2. We reply within one business day with the return address and, within the EU, a prepaid label.
3. Pack the set in its case and post it. The refund goes to your original payment method as soon as it arrives.

Damaged or faulty?

Send a photo to hello@orbidice.com. We replace damaged spheres or the whole set at our expense — that includes the two-year statutory conformity warranty for EU consumers.
