The small print, in plain words.

This shop is operated by SixFold Sp. z o.o., Władysława Łokietka 412A, 31-334 Kraków, Poland. Contact: hello@orbidice.com. Orbidice is the brand name of our spherical dice.

An order is placed when you complete payment on Stripe's checkout page. We confirm it by e-mail; the contract is concluded with that confirmation. We may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error, in which case any payment is refunded in full.

All prices are in euros and include VAT for customers in the EU. Shipping is shown before payment: in the EU free over €80, otherwise €9; United States €19 with customs duties included; United Kingdom as the EU; Canada and Norway €9. Bundle discounts (10% for two sets, 15% for three or more) are applied automatically. Payment is taken by Stripe; we never see your card details.

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days and delivered within 1–10 business days depending on the destination. Details, duties for non-EU destinations and the list of countries are on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

EU consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by e-mailing hello@orbidice.com — for example: "I hereby withdraw from my contract for the following goods: [set], order [number], received on [date]. Name, address, date." Return the goods within 14 days; we refund within 14 days of receiving them. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer.

In addition to the statutory two-year conformity warranty, every set carries our 60-day money-back guarantee described on the Shipping page: the full price of the set is refunded, the return postage is paid by the buyer. A set that is damaged or faulty is replaced at our expense.

We are liable under the law for defects and for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Orbidice are game accessories, not toys: they contain small parts and are not suitable for children under three.

Polish law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. EU consumers may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We prefer to talk first: hello@orbidice.com.
