It rolls like a marble
A true sphere, smooth and dense in the hand. While it rolls, the polished steel ball inside moves freely.

The ball finds a chamber
As the sphere slows, the ball drops into one of the equally sized chambers inside the shell. That is the TrueStop™ Core at work.

One number faces up
The weight of the ball holds the sphere still, within about a hand's width, with a single numeral on top. Read it like any die.
What is inside every sphere.
- Two precision shells
- Each 25 mm sphere is cast in resin as two halves, then joined around the core. The numerals are engraved and inked by hand on the outside.
- A polished steel ball
- The heart of the TrueStop™ Core. Free to move while the die rolls; heavy enough to settle it when the roll ends.
- Equally sized chambers
- Moulded inside the shell, one for each result. Because every chamber is the same size, no result is favoured.

Fairness comes from the chambers, not the outer shape. Every chamber is the same size, so every number has the same chance — checked across thousands of test rolls. The TrueStop™ Core is patented; nobody else makes a complete spherical set that works this way.

The patented mechanism inside every Orbidice sphere: a polished steel ball that moves freely while the die rolls, then settles into one of the equally sized chambers moulded in the shell, stopping the die with one number facing up.
Yes. The ball settles into one of the equal chambers with no bias, so every number has the same chance as on a well-made polyhedral die. The odds were checked across thousands of test rolls.
Because of the core. Once the sphere slows, the ball drops into a chamber and its weight holds the die still — usually within about a hand's width. A dice tray works beautifully but isn't required.
Exactly like a normal die: the number facing straight up is your result. Numerals are engraved deep and inked large for fast reading.
